Of Bow ties and Pokemon part 11The group entered the TARDIS. The Doctor immediately began pulling levers and pressing button. The Pokemon felt much more relaxed as they stood inside the great time machine."What about Doctor Song," Canton asked, "She dove off a rooftop." The two Pokemon suddenly looked much less relaxed. The both began to panic at this news. The Doctor, however, was not worried in the slightest. "Don't worry," he said continuing to work at the console, "She does that. Amy, Rory, open all the doors to the swimming pool." The married couple did just that. The Doctor then pulled a lever, opening the front doors. A blur of blonde curls and a blue evening gown went flying past them all. They heard a splash, and a few moments later, River was walking into the control room, drying herself off. Both Pokemon were more than relieved to see that she was alright, Smithy wagging his tail happily as he saw her. She smiled at him for a second before scratching him behind the ear. "Good to see you too," she said."
Our Nanny Went to Outer Space part 5"Hi Jack! Hi Miss Jones!" Matt called out the car window. Clara was driving the kids to preschool and Matt decided to say hello to everyone they drove past. Getting them ready hadn't been the easiest thing. Little Matthew asked her to tie his bow tie for him which would have been impossible if it weren't for google. It took her ten minutes at least and he gave her a pretty skeptic look afterwards. Thankfully, he was back to his cheerful self as he waved to people on the street."Hi Mr Turlough! Hi Miss Smith! Hi-" he continued before his brother spoke up."Do you have to say hello to everyone we pass? It's not like they can all hear you or even say hi back," he said.Matt pouted. "Miss Forman says we should be nice to everyone, and that's what I'm doing," he replied before turning back to the window. "Hi Mrs Jenny! Hi Mrs Vastra! Hi Strax!" He continued. At that, Clara turned her head to see a young woman who looked like the spitting image of Jenny Flint, a woman with spiky green hair,
Angel of the Amazon part 11April 22nd 1875Zaphod brought me something interesting today. It was a leafflute! He even played a few notes on it for me. He showed me how to make one using leaves and grass stems, but I haven't figure out how to play it yet. I didn't know that his kind used musical instruments, but then again, many tribal peoples have at least one musical instrument. Though I am still confused about one thing: how do they learn to play songs? I don't think they have sheet music. Do they just learn them by ear? Also, what do they use their music for? Do they have specific festivals? I hope to learn more on this subject soon...Maybe Zaphod will let me visit his tribe again sometime.April 24th 1875Our food storage has been robbed of a few things recently, mostly fruit. I think it might have been happening for a few days, but it's only just become noticeable. Issac thought it might have been one of the cuāuhtli but John pointed out that it would be very hard for one of them to sneak into camp on
